Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Mighty Men Conference in Mossel Bay, taking place from 9th to 11th of May 2025. Your willingness to serve plays a vital role in making this event a success.
The Mighty Men Conference will be held at Farm Bartelsfontein, the home of the Garden Route Family Expo, located on the R327 road between the N2 and Herbertsdale, just outside Mossel Bay.
Our volunteer enrollment program begins in April 2025, allowing for planning, preparation, and training. This is an incredible opportunity to serve the Lord, connect with others, and be part of something transformative while creating lasting memories!

AREAS OF SERVICE
- Assist with general setup and operational tasks at the venue.
- Help the production team by running errands throughout the day.
- Requirements: Own SUV or VAN, valid Public Driver’s Permit (PDP), and age 18+ only.
- Manage traffic control at entrances, exits, and other operational zones.
- Regulate traffic flow and guide guests to appropriate parking areas.
- Assist in distributing food parcels to volunteers and staff.
